Kavannah: Challenges Facing Modern Orthodoxy

The Oxford Jewish Centre's Mosaic committee along with Jewish students in Oxford host a conference that will redefine Modern
Orthodox thought in the United Kingdom.Come along to hear speakers from a range of backgrounds discuss the challenges facing
Modern Orthodoxy in Britain and around the world. Speakers include Rabbi Avi Weiss, President and Founder of Yeshivat Chovevei
Torah NY and Gilla Rosen, Co-Founder of Yakar, Modern Orthodox Congregation and Study Centre in Jerusalem. Other speakers
include, Tamra Wright, Clive Lawton, Adele Moss, Rabbi Norman Solomon, Ivor Jacobs, Rabbi Mark Daniels, and Rabbi Michael
Pollack. Participants will be able to choose from sessions including; Spirituality, Community Issues, Torah U'mada, and Pluralism.
